This is drake. My husband bought him for me when I was battling cancer to help me through it and keep my mind on the new baby in the home. Now, three years later, I am cancer free and we are now expecting our first grandbaby any day...a new baby in the home. Of course this new baby does not live with us so Drake is still mamas baby.
Looks like Asa is destined to be a fireman. I love it when parents want to be creative. The name Asa in the Bible belonged to an anointed King. Who knows, he may rule his territory.
Be patient with me right now, folks. In the meantime check my blog out periodically. Feel free to leave comments.
Evan was fun to work with. He studied me during most of the session. Once he got comfortable with me he started smiling. I like the innocent, more serious expressions anyway, but mamas like smiles.
I am having a blast with children and families. I just never know what cute expressions I will capture. So many people are asking for the black background, especially in black and white.
Grace is expecting our first grandchild. She is 5 months along and just found out it is a boy. We are excited grandparents.
This is sweet baby Macey. She is the apple of her daddy's eye. Macey is three weeks old and did not like my studio lights, but sure loves the comfort of her daddy. These are the moments in time that you never get back. She is only three weeks old once...and oh, how precious she is.
Ryan is a budding musician who plays the guitar in his church. I photographed him in my studio with 3 Novatron lights, Canon 5D and several different backgrounds.
Rockingham,NC wedding. Clewis Photography Blog. Mark and Amy were married this month. This was the engagement portrait. They live on a horse farm which was the theme of their wedding. It was raining during this particular photograph. My husband held an umbrella over me and my camera. (I don't think Mark and Amy knew they were getting wet.)
Babies are tough but are my favorite. I want to create a relaxing atmosphere for moms to bring their babies in and enjoy being creative. This was done in my studio with novatron lights and my Canon 5D.
